This estate-produced, artisan crafted sugar is sourced locally and made by hand in small-batches at the Crown Maple Estate, an organic family farm in NY’s Hudson Valley. We start with our exceptional, select quality maple syrup and then we boil it to concentrate the sugars and crystalize into sugar. With aromas and flavors reminiscent of popcorn, brown sugar, and toasted almonds, our maple sugar adds delicious flavor & sweetness to any creation from baked goods, coffee, breakfast and desserts. Use as part of a rub for meats and in place of sugar for mixology. Crown Maple organic maple sugar is a plant-based sweetener that is healthier than regular sugar, is packed with antioxidants and is low glycemic. Crown Maple sugar is organic and kosher.
