Gaea Flame Roasted Red Peppers
Mediterranean Greece. Gaea Florina red peppers come from the Florina region in northern Greece. Flame roasted and peeled, they are then seasoned in wine vinegar and a touch of sea salt. Their sweet flavour and firm texture make them ideal for salads, for stuffing or with cheeses and sandwiched. Layer peppers into casseroles, lasagne and other baked pasta dishes. Marinate the peppers with Gaea extra virgin olive oil and Gaea Corinthian vinegar or balsamic vinegar and eat on their own. Product of Greece.
