We make dark chocolate cookies using Michel Cluizel chocolate then break them up and fold them into our vegan base with a touch of cold-ground Tahitian vanilla bean and a swirl of housemade caramel. Our Story: We began in the spring of 2008 out of a scoop truck in Brooklyn, New York. Our vegan ice cream is made in small batches with housemade raw cashew milk, coconut cream, raw coconut oil, cocoa butter and pure cane sugar.
