The product certification issued by CSQA, with the symbol of a chef's hat and vine leaves, guarantees that each bottle meets the standard established for its classification. Follow the vine, and find your balsamic vinegar of Modena. One Leaf: Classic quality, light and slightly acidic. Suggested for salad dressings and everyday use. Two Leaves: Smoother taste, perfect to finish flavours. Suggested for marinades, BBQs, steamed vegetables. Three Leaves: Round, full bodied taste. Suggested for roasted meats and fish, warm sauces. Four Leaves: Superb taste, deriving from the best Reserves. Suggested for exclusive recipes, fresh fruits, ice creams, drizzled over parmesan.
